Job summary

IntagHire seeks an experienced Contracts & Compliance Manager to support a mission-driven organization in Austin. This role partners with legal leadership for contract administration, review, procurement compliance, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in contract administration, compliance, governance, or legal ops, with strong judgment to escalate matters to legal counsel and to improve processes across Finance, Operations, and leadership. Hybrid Austin-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, contracts management, compliance, paralegal work, corporate governance, legal operations, risk management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing, administering, and managing contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, edit, and administer a variety of organizational contracts and agreements.
• Assist internal stakeholders with contract questions and support contract negotiations.
• Ensure contracts follow established review, approval, and signature requirements.
• Identify contracts and transactions that require legal review or escalation.
• Manage contract routing, signature collection, filing, record retention, renewals, and related deadlines.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, forms, and other resources to improve consistency and efficiency.
