NODA AI is recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts across government, defense, and commercial programs. You will draft, negotiate, and manage agreements, ensuring compliance and streamlined processes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring deep government contracting expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with BD, engineering, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in contract management or procurement.
• Minimum 4 years of government contracting experience; familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
• Experience negotiating and managing prime, sub, and OTA contracts across programs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of government and commercial contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle from proposal through close-out.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR and related regulations.
• Coordinate with BD, engineering, finance, and operations to align terms with strategy.
• Provide risk assessments and compliance reporting to leadership.
