Job summary

Stimulus Technologies, a fiber and wireless provider, seeks a Contracts and Compliance Manager to stand up contracts, leases, and regulatory processes across five states. You will build intake workflows, calendars, and filing discipline, coordinating with Network Operations and leadership.

This hybrid role requires travel to markets and sites, with an emphasis on accurate reporting and regulatory compliance to support Stimulus Broadband growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience building and growing small to mid-sized teams.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset for regulatory workflows.
• Strong written communication and meticulous documentation habits.
• Experience with telecom/utility contracts, rights-of-way, and regulatory filings.
• Willingness to travel among markets within the footprint and adjacent states.

Responsibilities

• Stand up contracts and rights intake from scratch including leases, easements, ROW, and attachments.
• Build and maintain an obligation calendar with renewals, escalators, notice windows and exits.
• Impose file discipline to survive audits and coordinate with Network Operations.
• Support coverage and location reporting and reconcile filings against operational truth.
• Travel to markets and landlord offices as required; partner with various teams.
