Job summary

Stimulus Technologies seeks a Director of Network Operations to own the live network, fiber and wireless plant, and the NOC across our broadband markets. You will lead Field Managers, Network Engineers, and the Network Administrator, with hybrid work and occasional travel within the Stimulus footprint.

Responsibilities

• Run fiber access operations: install, maintain, and escalate issues on OLT, PON, splitters, ONT management, optical budget, and FTTH escalation.
• Run wireless operations: install, maintain, and escalate issues on AP/sector platform, network-side FWA configuration, and deep-stack FWA escalation.
• Own network implementation and acceptance: turn-up, IP assignment, routing, onboard NMS, inventory, backups, circuits, burn-in, and Release to Production standards.
• Own the NOC posture: 24×7 surveillance, event correlation, incident command, outage declaration, notifications and ETR, incident dispatch, on-call, change calendar, post-incident loop, and SLA reporting.
• Own damage prevention and locates: 811 ticket management, locate execution, damage investigation, claims recovery, and records feedback.
• Own and develop standards for plant acceptance and integrity gate: as-built verification, inspection, sampling plan, defect tracking, and contractor workmanship.
• Run tower and site operations: maintenance and outage, tower climbing, antenna/work, site power, generators.
