Job summary

Certes Networks, Inc. in the Pittsburgh area seeks a highly organized professional to own contract administration and broad business operations. This role coordinates with outside legal counsel, export compliance processes, and selected cloud/business operations, guiding agreements and ensuring compliant, efficient workflows.

The successful candidate will review agreements, manage processes, and escalate issues to leadership as needed, participating in a lean, growing cybersecurity company.

Qualifications

• Approximately 7-10+ years of experience in contracts, legal operations, compliance, business operations or a related field.
• Experience reviewing and administering commercial agreements and coordinating with internal business owners and external counsel.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company contract log, executed agreement repository, renewal/expiration calendar and related documentation.
• Maintain approved standard agreements, including NDAs and partner agreements, working with external counsel on updates and guidance.
• Review customer, partner, vendor and other business agreements; coordinate redlines, internal input, approvals and negotiations.
