Job summary

SB Energy, a leading data center and energy infrastructure company, is seeking a Manager of Contract Management. You will steer contractual strategy and execution for EPC projects, long-lead equipment, and Site Ops contracts, optimizing risk, schedule, and cost across RFP to close-out.

The role requires negotiating complex EPC and procurement contracts, strong legal and regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure precise scope and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in contract management for data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, construction management, engineering, or a related field; Master’s or JD preferred.
• Experience negotiating and administering EPC and procurement contracts (including LLE/OFCI scopes) for data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, construction regulations, and risk allocation.
• Proficiency with contract management software (Procore) and MS Office/Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, issuance, and full-cycle contract management for EPC, OFCI equipment, Site Ops Procurement, and major supply agreements.
• Hire and train contract management specialists or mentor team members in negotiation and administration.
• Negotiate and execute complex contracts, ensuring risk, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
• Develop, standardize, and update contract templates and negotiation playbooks for fast-paced data center projects.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, project management, engineering, and finance to ensure compliance and clear scope.
