Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a variety of company agreements including NDAs, MSAs, Amendments, SOWs, and Change Orders.
• Use templates, playbooks, and CLM systems to track contracts from draft to signature.
• Ensure compliance with contracting policies and procedures across the organization.
• Serve as a liaison among Legal, Global Sourcing & Procurement, and external contracting parties.
• Maintain templates and playbooks and train users on contract management processes.
