Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join the Contracts team within the Finance group. The role targets early-career professionals who draft and review NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements across the US and Canada.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong attention to detail, with a collaborative approach and eagerness to learn. This hybrid role supports Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of drafting, reviewing, or administering commercial contracts including NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
• Experience with Master Services Agreements is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and support the negotiation of NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Review financial and commercial terms in client and vendor agreements, identifying issues and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Review all terms of NDAs and SOWs in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
• Identify terms that require escalation and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
• Support the review of Master Services Agreements and other contract types as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to understand business objectives and facilitate contracting promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and help contracts move through the review and approval process.
• Develop understanding of Edelman's contracting standards, policies, and risk considerations.
