Experience with Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and other commercial contract types is a plus but is not required. Prior experience within the public relations, marketing, advertising, or related professional services industries is also a plus.

  • Identify contractual terms that require additional review or escalation and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Support the review of Master Services Agreements and other contract types based on experience and business needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand business objectives and help facilitate the contracting process in a timely and practical manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and help ensure contracts move efficiently through the review and approval process.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and service-oriented approach to working with internal stakeholders.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in continuing to learn and develop contract-review and negotiation skills.
