The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will provide full lifecycle recruiting support for Colgate-Palmolive, supporting requisition management and building strong candidate pipelines. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY, with flexibility to be located in NYC, NY or Piscataway, NJ.

Role Overview

In this contract position, you will manage recruitment from kickoff through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and assessment approaches. You will also support continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by using market and talent insights to guide sourcing strategy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from initial kickoff to offer acceptance, with an emphasis on maximizing recruiting efficiency and maintaining quality of hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, shape competitive selling points, and support consistent candidate evaluation.
• Identify gaps in the talent acquisition process and propose solutions that enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders using market and talent insights to inform sourcing strategies and candidate requirements.
• Execute proactive and innovative sourcing strategies, including use of tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, to engage targeted passive talent, build future-ready pipelines, and help reduce time-to-fill.
• Build targeted attraction strategies that leverage company employer brand assets and tactics to identify and engage passive talent pools supporting client-specific talent needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Proven experience using proactive sourcing to develop strong candidate pipelines
• Experience using data insights to identify hiring bottlenecks and develop or implement solutions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity within a large matrixed organization while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail

• Compensation: USD 55.00 - 65.00 per hour
