Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global TA team. You will partner with HR leaders to deliver full lifecycle recruiting, requisition management, and pipeline building across functions such as Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Commercial, and Corporate.

This contractor role offers hybrid work with in-office and remote options, based in NYC, NY or Piscataway, NJ, with no relocation.

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner you will be a part of our high-performing global TA team and will partner with business and HR leaders to provide full lifecycle recruiting support, requisition management, and candidate pipeline building. You will be a talent advisor, guiding and influencing your hiring teams through the end-to-end process from kickoff to offer extension and onboarding. You may support hiring for professional functions such as Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Commercial, or Corporate Functions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from initial kickoff to offer acceptance, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and quality of hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand ideal candidate profiles, develop competitive selling points, and drive consistent candidate assessment.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions to enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging market and talent insights to guide decisions on sourcing strategies and candidate requirements.
• Execute innovative sourcing strategies (utilizing tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights) to engage targeted passive talent, build future-ready pipelines, and reduce time-to-fill.
• Develop targeted attraction strategies, leveraging the company's employer brand assets and tactics to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client-specific talent agendas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience within an agency or in-house environment
• Demonstrated experience utilizing proactive sourcing to build strong candidate pipelines
• Experience identifying hiring bottlenecks and using data insights to develop and implement solutions
• Experience navigating ambiguity in a large matrixed organization and managing multiple priorities with a high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Commercial recruitment experience
• Ability to understand and analyze recruitment funnel data
• Consultation and influencing skills with a proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc)
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $55.00 - $65.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

• Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
• Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
• Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
• Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
