Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is hiring a Contract Support Specialist in the Orlando, FL area. The role supports construction project duties, exercises independent judgment on office aspects of projects, and ensures contract documentation compliance.

Essential functions include MAC entry, progress tracking, contract changes, and assisting in proposal development. Immig. sponsorship is not available, except TN visa eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan work details and make technical decisions
• Must pass JMT Motor Vehicle screening
• Experience or education related to CEI tasks is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with MAC entry, tracking materials, progress and final estimates, and EEO compliance
• Track the Contractor’s progress on work performed
• Prepare and process construction contract changes (Work Orders, Supplemental Agreements) in coordination with CEI staff
• Assist in developing proposals (RFPs, LORs, ELOIs) and attend industry seminars to stay updated
• Review and manage contract documentation in Site Manager
