GSK is seeking a detail-oriented professional to help implement and manage purchase-based GPO contracts. You will ensure accurate setup, pricing, rebates, and government pricing calculations while supporting governance and audit readiness.

You will work across teams to review terms, maintain membership data, and drive process improvements in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with financial calculations, data analysis, and account management.
• Experience in business administration, finance, audit, or related field; ability to learn contracting landscape and systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and performing reconciliations with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

• Execute contracts end-to-end from setup through ongoing maintenance.
• Interpret contract language and configure pricing and performance in systems.
• Set up and maintain contracts including amendments, pricing, rebates, and membership updates.
• Maintain contract membership data and system attributes for compliant payments and government pricing.
• Process rebate and service fee payments with validations and dispute resolution.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate with Contract Development and Account Managers to review terms and identify improvements.
