Takeda Oncology seeks a qualified professional to join the Market Access team. You will manage rebate configurations, ensure accurate Commercial and Medicare Part D rebates, and support data governance and reporting for cross-functional projects.

The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data within a hybrid work setting. Based in Boston, MA, this position reports to the Director, Commercial Contracting Operations and offers a comprehensive compensation package

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience in contracts, pricing, finance, or a related field is required.
Experience with rebate processing, contracting operations, pricing, finance, or related analytical function is required; pharma experience preferred.
Experience with ModelN/FLEX or similar systems is preferred; ability to learn new systems required.
Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets; cross-functional communication is essential.

Responsabilités

Calculate and generate payments per reimbursement agreements while managing assigned accounts.
Identify information requirements; support data governance, process improvements, and audits.
Translate contract terms into rebate-system configurations and ensure accurate rebates, fees, and chargebacks.
