Job summary

Takeda Oncology is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support commercial contracting operations in Boston. You will translate contracts into rebate configurations, manage rebate processing, and ensure compliance across Medicare and commercial programs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally within the Market Access team. A hybrid work model is supported in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience in contracts, pricing, finance, or a related field is required.
• Experience in rebate processing, contracting operations, pricing, finance, or a related analytical function is required; pharma experience preferred.
• Experience with ModelN/FLEX Revenue Manager or a comparable contract or rebate-management system is preferred; ability to learn new systems required.
• Knowledge of commercial contracting and price-protection methodologies preferred; willingness to develop expertise through training.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and generate payments in accordance with reimbursement agreements while managing account responsibilities.
• Translate contract terms into accurate rebate-system configurations.
• Ensure timely rebates, fees, and chargebacks through contract interpretation, data validation, and rebate calculations.
• Support data governance, reporting, and audits; maintain documentation and controls.
• Coordinate resources for cross-functional projects and activities.
