Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Project Manager to manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating with clients and external counsel to ensure compliance and timely renewals across this business line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; paralegal degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

• Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to project manage, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized MSA drafts and accompanying documents.
• Design program to ensure visible tracking of current MSAs and terms with recommendations to improve client relationships.
• Collaborate and ensure alignment with any global MSAs.
• Draft, review and negotiate multiple types of contract agreements (client and vendor).
• Review draft contract agreements against internal policy for deviations and document variance requests.
• Liaison with external counsel when required for additional review.
• Handle and ensure contracts are submitted and meet internal review and approval process requirements.
• Manage contract data for timeliness, accuracy and quality.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date contract files.
• Oversee renewal cycle and summary of key terms to ensure contract compliance.
• Administer internal electronic signature application for contracts and statements of work.
• Complete periodic compliance reviews for internal requirements for contracts, finance and other areas as assigned.
• Provide executive administrative support and conduct special projects as directed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements when appropriate.
• Assist and provide support for administrative projects as needed to support overall team responsibilities.
