Job summary

Eurofins Professional Scientific Services NBLSC, LLC (Eurofins PSS) in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Contracts Specialist/Project Manager to own the contract lifecycle, from drafting and review to renewal, ensuring compliance and timely approvals. The role is hybrid (1 day in-office, 4 days remote), full-time, with overtime as needed.

Requires a Bachelor's degree (paralegal preferred) and 3+ years of related experience, plus US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; paralegal degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years related experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve standardized MSA drafts and related documents.
• Design program to track MSAs and terms; recommend improvements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor contracts.
• Ensure contracts meet internal policy and obtain approvals.
• Liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Manage contract data for timeliness and quality.
• Oversee renewal cycles and term summaries for compliance.
• Administer internal e-signature tools for contracts.
• Provide periodic compliance reviews and support for ad hoc projects.
