IntelliPro is seeking a Procurement Consultant for a 12-month term in Plano, TX, with on-site and hybrid work options. The role centers on leading category procurement strategies, including facilities management, and supporting the IPSS mission to cut costs and mitigate risks.

You will negotiate, draft contracts, and work with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings while ensuring compliance and strong supplier collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and successfully manage several projects and/or tasks of varying complexities simultaneously while balancing the workload, constraints and deliverables.
• Strong collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills.
• Experience gathering business, functional/technical requirements, and implementing relevant solutions.
• Experience with procurement of facility management services, software and related technology services.
• Demonstrated success influencing key stakeholders on strategic direction based on recommendations backed by in-depth analysis.

Responsabilités

• Facilitating multi-year sourcing strategies for responsible spend categories.
• Designing, planning, managing, and leading key Requests for Proposal, information, quote, etc. with cross-functional teams.
• Supporting the development and execution of contractual documents including NDAs, PSAs, SaaS Agreements, Software License Agreements, and other contracts as necessary to support Procurement and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and supplier partners to understand current conditions, identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and deliver enhancements to improve quality and productivity.
• Provide detailed documentation of how the applications/projects will support business requirements.
• Identify innovative options to achieve business benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and achieve cost savings while mitigating financial and legal risks for the enterprise.
• Effectively manage all sourcing and price negotiation activities and in-coming ad hoc business unit requests that may result in a contract or purchase order.
• In Ariba PTP System, review and analyze business requests to issue purchase orders to suppliers.
