Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Contract Specialist/Compliance Analyst to join the Health team within the People & Investments division. This hybrid role is based near a Marsh office and requires three days in the office each week.

You will support the full contract lifecycle, work with Health & Benefits, Legal, and internal stakeholders, and maintain templates in ContractHub while monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience supporting contract administration, review, or management activities.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts and related legal documentation
• Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements
• Monitor contracts throughout their lifecycle, including tracking approvals, key deadlines, and adherence to internal policies

• Review compliance guide, update review materials, and propose changes as it relates to changes in compliance policies
• Support compliance-related activities, including appointment paperwork, transparency requirements, data privacy matters, and other initiatives aligned with Mercer’s Greater Good framework
• Partner with Health & Benefits Operations and internal stakeholders on contract-related questions and issues
• Maintain accurate, organized, and auditable contract records and documentation
• Identify contractual risks and escalating issues as appropriate
