Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Contract Specialist/Compliance Analyst to support the full contract lifecycle within the Health team of People & Investments. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week in the office, with flexibility to base near a Marsh office.

You will draft, review, revise, and manage contracts, ensure compliance with internal requirements, and maintain templates within ContractHub while coordinating with Health & Benefits and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of contract administration experience
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and risk identification
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and manage contracts and related documents
• Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements
• Monitor contracts lifecycle, including approvals, deadlines and policies
• Thrive in an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
• Review compliance guide and update materials as policies change
• Support compliance activities including appointment paperwork and data privacy
• Partner with Health & Benefits Operations and stakeholders on contract questions
• Maintain accurate, organized, auditable contract records
• Identify contractual risks and escalate issues as needed
