Marsh is seeking a Senior Government Consulting Analyst to join the Government Health Consulting team. You will support state Medicaid and CHIP programs through policy analysis, data-driven insights, and coordination of project tasks for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of healthcare/public health experience (internships or pre-graduate roles acceptable).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to translate technical findings into client-friendly insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
• Research, analyze, and present findings on policy topics to project leaders and senior consultants.
• Provide project coordination to advance tasks and client deliverables.
• Review project documentation and executive summaries for accuracy.
• Learn about government-sponsored health programs through trainings and resources.
• Manage multiple state Medicaid/CHIP projects concurrently.
• Ensure quality and timely deliverables; communicate with project team.
• Assist with preparation and delivery of client communications.
• Follow quality assurance protocols.
