Job summary

Marsh’s Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs (LCPA) department seeks a Lead Compliance Officer to join the US team and lead compliance support for the GHC group within Health & Benefits. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and close collaboration with business leaders and external stakeholders.

The role demands a JD, active bar membership, and a minimum of three years in government/regulatory matters, with a focus on health-related government contracting,

Qualifications

• JD and active bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling governmental/regulatory matters including government contracting, procurement and bidding, conflict-of-interest management, compliance, and data protection/privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead compliance support for Marsh Government Health Consulting (GHC) within Health & Benefits.
• Serve as the dedicated legal and compliance SME for GHC across multiple areas and partner with LCPA to provide guidance.
• Educate and guide business teams on existing and emerging risk areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
