Job summary

LaSalle Network is seeking a Collections Specialist in Glenwood, Illinois to support a high-volume accounts receivable team. This contract role includes training up front, followed by independent work as ramp-up completes.

The position emphasizes timely payments and strong customer communication. You will handle B2B and/or B2C collections, manage a portfolio with outbound calls and emails, and collaborate across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong written email communication and customer-relations skills.
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C collections, B2B preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment after training.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Communicate with customers via email to resolve billing questions and payment status updates.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to reconcile accounts and document collection activity.
• Prioritize a high-volume collections outreach and escape accounts to drive resolution.
• Support coverage for a temporary medical leave and ERP implementation overlap, as needed.
