This includes managing requisitions, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume workforce management or MSP programs.
• Strong experience with background check processes.
• Proficient in data reporting and Excel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers.
• Conduct requisition intake discussions and gather requirements.
• Support onboarding of new managers and resolve associate inquiries.
