Job summary

Lyft is seeking a strategic partner to support its Global Contingent Workforce Program. The Program Lead will balance strategic priorities with day-to-day admin, collaborate with Legal, IT, Procurement and hiring managers, and report to the program manager to grow the global footprint while automating CW education. The role requires 3+ years in project management and VMS/MSP experience, with a hybrid Nashville office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience managing complex, business-critical projects.
• Understanding of contingent workforce guidelines, risk and compliance strategies.
• Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs for clear workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to support day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program.
• Help manage the MSP and VMS teams including process, supplier management and automation.
• Identify risks and partner with teams to drive mitigation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve or develop new processes.
• Consult with business leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on strategy.
• Establish relationships with suppliers, internal customers, People, Procurement, Legal, IT, and others to drive global needs.
• Ensure compliance among contingent workforce and suppliers.
