Job summary

Freebird is seeking a Content Coordinator in Denver to support photoshoots and day-to-day retail operations, coordinating models, locations, and product pulls to bring campaigns to life.

You will manage styling, shoot logistics, and on-set execution to ensure looks align with creative mood boards while assisting retail teams with events and store operations.

The role is full-time, hybrid, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm MST, and includes paid time off and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Denver, CO or nearby.
• Hybrid schedule; full-time, Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm MST.
• Experience supporting photoshoots and retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute styling and organize looks per campaign.
• Book locations and models per direction.
• Coordinate photoshoot logistics and schedules.
• Assist in ensuring product and looks match mood board.
• Organize shoe pulls and sizes for shoots.
• Transport product and equipment to locations.
• Maintain organization of product and materials.
• Assist with retail operations when not in session.
• Process replenishment of supplies and pricing labels.
• Support in-store events with retail leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors for facility needs.
• Travel to shoot locations as needed.
