Job summary

Havenly is seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to support our creative production team across photo and video shoots, studio operations, and campaigns. You’ll handle shoot prep, manage samples and props, and keep projects running smoothly in a fast-paced creative environment.

Based on-site at our Denver, CO or New York, NY headquarters, you’ll coordinate with photographers, stylists, set designers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a production, studio, marketing or creative operations role.
• Experience supporting photo and/or video production, including coordinating logistics, documentation, vendors, talent, products or other production needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills—you’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and never let the details fall through the cracks.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage timelines, action items and competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, project-management tools (e.g., Asana or Airtable) and working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for photo and video shoots, including preparing call sheets, schedules, permits, COIs, contracts and other production materials.
• On-set operations coordination for photo and video productions, managing talent, crew, products, props and equipment to stay on schedule.
• Manage incoming/outgoing product samples, props and assets, ensuring shoot readiness and proper labeling.
• Support day-to-day production studio operations, keeping spaces organized and efficient.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, set designers, models, vendors and partners to align production details.
