Job summary

Freebird Stores is seeking a highly organized Content Coordinator to support photoshoots and retail operations. This role involves sourcing clothing, coordinating models, scouting locations, and organizing product pulls while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with store operations during non-shoot periods, manage supplies, and support in-store events. Hybrid Denver-based position with full-time hours, 9am-5pm MST.

Qualifications

  • Must reside in or within reasonable commuting distance of Denver, Colorado
  • Comfortable with a Hybrid schedule
  • Available to work fulltime during the hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MST
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Genuinely enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Interest in fashion, footwear, photography, and visual content. Familiarity with the Freebird brand is a plus.
  • Familiarity with capturing photos or interest in photography is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable working with models, photographers, stylists, vendors, and retail staff.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. This role involves traveling to shoot locations, transporting product, equipment, and styling supplies.
  • Able to lift and carry up to [30] lbs. and to stand, kneel, and move on your feet for extended periods during shoots and setups.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the styling direction provided, by purchasing, prepping, and organizing each look based on the campaign deck, references, and per-look notes provided by creative team.
  • Secure photoshoot locations that align with the direction and references provided by the creative and marketing teams.
  • Research and book models that fit the casting direction set for each campaign.
  • Coordinate photoshoot logistics, schedules, and necessary materials.
  • Assist in ensuring looks and product on set matches the approved creative direction and mood board provided.
  • Organize and facilitate shoe pulls for photoshoots, ensuring all required styles and sizes are available and accounted for.
  • Transport physical product, clothing, and props to and from photoshoot locations, including shoots that may require travel or are a significant distance away.
  • Maintain in-person and digital organization of product, styling pieces, and photoshoot materials.
  • Participate in weekly remote team meetings.
  • Own and maintain tracking documents for expenses, shoot schedules, and photoshoot logistics.
  • Assist in capturing photographs of 360 products as needed.
  • Assist with retail operations and store-related tasks when photoshoots are not in session.
  • Manage the ordering and replenishment of supplies needed for day-to-day retail operations.
  • Partner with retail leadership on execution of in-store events.
  • Assist with store facility maintenance needs, including communicating with vendors to help resolve issues related to HVAC, alarm systems, repairs, and other store services.
  • Support retail teams by creating discount codes, preparing pricing labels, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Be willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team and brand.

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and hands‑on Content Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our photoshoots and day‑to‑day retail operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, energized by teamwork, and driven to create compelling brand content while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

The Content Coordinator will play a key role in bringing photoshoots to life, from sourcing clothing and coordinating models to scouting locations, and organizing product pulls. When photoshoots are not in session, this position will assist with various retail operations tasks to support the Freebird team.

Key Responsibilities:
Photoshoot & Content Production

Compensation:
