Job summary

Freebird, a fashion-forward footwear brand, seeks a Content Creator in Denver for a 90‑day temporary role with potential extension. You will craft social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, blending photography, videography, and storytelling to grow brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

The role requires 2–4 years in social media or related creative work, strong Adobe CapCut and MetaBI skills, and comfort on camera.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or related creative role.
• Must reside in or near Denver, Colorado.
• Available to work approximately 15–25 hours per week during 9am–5pm MST.
• Highly organized with good time management and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and directing others during shoots.
• Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends; familiarity with Freebird is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Capture lifestyle photography and behind-the-scenes content.
• Edit videos and images for social-first storytelling.
• Develop captions aligned with Freebird's brand voice.
• Create content featuring products, customers, employees, events, and brand campaigns.
• Manage daily publishing across all social channels.
• Maintain and execute the social content calendar.
• Identify emerging trends and recommend new opportunities.
• Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and creators.
• Support product launches with multimedia content.
• Track social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Analyze content performance to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.
• Optimize content strategy using performance data and platform best practices.
• Become an expert on our product line.
• Communicate cross-functionally with management, marketing, sales, and warehouse teams.
