Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, or Pittsburgh seeks a Deputy Attorney General to lead complex civil litigation and consumer protection matters. The role requires PA Bar admission and substantial litigation experience; telework is available with two days in the headquarters weekly.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited law school, PA Bar admission, and 6+ years of professional legal experience.
• Graduation from an accredited law school, PA Bar admission, and 10+ years of professional legal experience.

Responsabilidades

• Performs enforcement activities including legal review.
• Provides advice and recommendations with respect to civil investigations and related actions.
• Handles all aspects of litigation including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Participates in multistate investigations and litigation with nationwide implications.
• Presents and argues cases before state and federal courts.
• Conducts legal research and prepares advisory memos for supervisors.
• Drafts witness testimony and prepares exhibits; manages correspondence with stakeholders.
• Supports senior attorneys in case work as needed.
