Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of law and admission to the Bar of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
• Minimum six years (DAG III) or ten years (DAG IV) of progressively responsible professional legal experience.
• Experience in civil litigation and consumer protection matters is highly desirable.
• Strong legal research, writing, and trial preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform enforcement activities including legal review and advise on civil investigations.
• Handle or participate in litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Present cases before state and federal courts as necessary and engage in post-trial activity.
• Collaborate in multistate investigations and litigation with nationwide implications.
