Qualifications

• Membership in Delaware Bar is required.
• Some prior general litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the State and its employees in civil litigation in state and federal court.
• Work with State Solicitor, Deputy State Solicitor, and unit heads as directed.
