Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Relevant certification in construction management or a related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities, ensuring resources are used efficiently and timelines met.
• Supervise and manage all site personnel, including tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality of work.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on site at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with codes.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to address queries and resolve site challenges promptly.
