Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a seasoned construction site supervisor to oversee daily operations, collaborate with subcontractors, and keep projects on schedule. You will monitor safety, quality, and budget, and provide leadership for field crews across multiple sites.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff while maintaining compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction site operations, safety regs, and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate field crews effectively.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site operations to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, site inspectors, and field crews.
• Monitor team performance and progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and sites for quality and safety.
• Prepare reports and project schedules for owners, architects, PMs, and management.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to resolve site issues.
• Assist with field labor tasks and operate tools and equipment as directed.
• Train new team members and enforce safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site; store tools properly.
