Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with San Diego market, codes, and permitting processes.
• Experience with SDUSD (San Diego Unified School District) projects is a strong plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil engineering and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site visits and provide on-site project oversight as needed.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth.
