Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience, with significant site management exposure.
• Proven track record delivering building and/or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction site operations in East London, from mobilization to project completion.
• Develop and implement detailed site management plans, including logistics, safety, and quality control.
• Supervise and direct site personnel, including trades, subcontractors, and direct labor.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and procedures.
• Monitor project progress against the construction schedule, identifying and addressing potential delays.
• Control site costs and manage resources effectively to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of work and compliance with specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, progress records, and safety logs.
• Oversee the procurement and management of site resources, including materials and equipment.
