Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Knowledge of Eastern Cape construction practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project or similar software.
• Create work breakdown structures (WBS) and identify critical path activities.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather information for planning and scheduling.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedule and report variances.
• Identify risks and delays and develop mitigation plans.
• Update schedules to reflect changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Prepare schedule-related reports and look-ahead forecasts.
• Contribute to project execution strategies and ensure stakeholders are informed.
