Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead branch real estate construction and renovation projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives.

The ideal candidate manages multiple projects, controls budgets, and maintains compliance with building codes and safety regulations while driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, methodologies, and project management principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, and vendor management
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; lead meetings and provide status reporting
• Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, and contract compliance
• Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and design alignment
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
• Track financial performance, approve invoices, and manage change orders
• Drive project closeout, including final inspections and lessons learned to drive continued improvement
