Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across our branch real estate portfolio. You will manage the full lifecycle—from planning through execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout—ensuring delivery meets scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, lead meetings, track financials, approve invoices, and drive successful closeout with lessons

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; lead meetings and provide status reporting.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and design alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
• Track financial performance, approve invoices, and manage change orders.
• Drive project closeout, including final inspections and lessons learned to drive continued improvement.
