Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Deputy Delivery Manager to support a Senior Owner’s Advisor in planning, execution, and completion of collaborative delivery projects (CMAR/progressive design-build). The role acts as a liaison between the project owner and stakeholders to align with the owner’s vision, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in Washington, DC.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in a related field.
• Experience managing medium projects.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Develop and customize RFQ and RFP documents for procurement activities.
• Support owners in contract management and negotiation while following organizational norms.
• Assist with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
