Job summary

Brown and Caldwell, Inc. in Walnut Creek, CA, seeks an Owner’s Advisor Lead to support a Senior Owner’s Advisor in planning, execution, and completion of collaborative delivery projects.

You will liaise between the project owner and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality while supporting procurement, contracts, and risk management. The role requires strong communication, independent work, and the ability to guide teams through procurement and contracting processes,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience managing medium, straightforward projects.
• Experience implementing collaborative delivery methods and best practices.
• Experience in assisting contract management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Develop and customize RFQ and RFP documents for procurement activities.
• Assist with reference checks during RFQ/RFP submittal reviews and manage contract negotiations.
• Support strategic implementation plans for new projects and programs.
• Assist owners/clients in design-builder contract compliance and services during construction.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
