Brown and Caldwell seeks a Deputy Delivery Manager to support a Senior Owner's Advisor in planning, execution, and completion of collaborative delivery projects. You will act as a liaison between the project owner and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with vision, goals, budget, schedule, and quality.
The role focuses on selecting delivery methods, market outreach, RFQ/RFP development, contract reviews, and risk mitigation, with mentorship and cross-team collaboration.
The Deputy Delivery Manager role will support a Senior Owner's Advisor in the successful planning, execution, and completion of collaborative delivery projects by acting as a liaison between the project owner and various stakeholders. This role is client focused and will assist in ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision, goals, and objectives while adhering to budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role will help Owners select project delivery methods, attend market sounding and outreach, develop Request for Qualifications and Proposals, review responses, assist legal teams with contract documents and negotiations, review pricing proposals and oversee construction contracts performing risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies through start-up and commissioning.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week onsite in Washington, DC.
Location C: $104,000 - $140,000
