Job summary

You will coordinate with contractors and the construction team to define scope, monitor quality, manage schedules, and track progress under defined guidelines. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality control and assurance checks.
• Oversee performance of trade contractors and ensure work meets project objectives.
• Support in defining project scopes and objectives.
• Track project progress and report updates.
• Assist in creating and managing project schedules and timelines.
• Handle RFIs and provide responses.
• Support change management processes for project adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Coordinate health and safety requirements to meet company standards.
