Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance and capital projects for up to 150 store locations within the Hinckley (Northern Ohio) zone. The role is fully remote with travel to assigned stores and a starting salary of $103,500 plus defined increases.

You will supervise site maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and drive cost-effective capital decisions across stores and warehouses. Benefits apply to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Facilities, Construction Management, Business or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in Facilities or Construction Management required.
• Environmental Health and Safety Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance expenditure through regularly scheduled site visits and CMMS.
• Supervise the maintenance of up to 150 ALDI locations within your geographical area.
• Work with operations personnel and leadership to ensure smooth facilities management.
• Make decisions that directly impact facilities within your area.
