Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in construction.
• OSHA 10 or higher card or ability to obtain before starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a diverse portfolio of contracts.
• Conduct site visits to verify project requirements and resolve field issues.
• Prepare and review submittals, RFIs and project correspondence.
• Lead project meetings on issues, progress, and change orders.
• Review design documents for constructability, compliance, and coordination.
• Develop construction cost estimates and schedules; monitor budgets and time impacts.
• Assist in scope and fee proposals and mentor junior staff.
