Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Houston is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support project delivery and strategic growth within the Houston LSNA site.

You’ll coordinate documents, reports, and proposals while collaborating with multi-location teams to drive program success. Responsibilities include inputting data for planning tools, managing documentation, and leading the Houston document control function.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, journalism, English, or technical discipline; or relevant experience in engineering/architecture/construction/environmental fields.
• 5+ years of experience in a construction environment, manufacturing, energy, technology, or government preferred.
• Attention to detail to complete tasks independently, quickly, and correctly the first time.
• Ability to manage competing priorities between strategic initiatives and urgent timelines.
• Advanced editing and proofreading with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform writing, editing, and timely issuance of reports, deliverables, and proposals across project execution and business development efforts.
• Input accurate data for resource planning tools, CRM/sales functions, and management reporting to support growth.
• Manage multiple tasks, engage with team members and stakeholders to help drive work streams and documentation.
• Coordinate geographically dispersed teams and support remote collaboration.
• Establish document control systems and standardize engineering document processes.
