Country Bank in Ware, MA, is seeking a Commercial Construction Portfolio Specialist to help manage the commercial loan portfolio and assist the lending team. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on loan administration, disbursement scheduling, inspections, and document reviews.

Starting pay ranges from $75,000 to $93,000 annually, with consideration based on experience. The position offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow in commercial lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in commercial credit or portfolio management.
• Formal credit training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the construction loan portfolio and disbursement schedules.
• Review invoices, AIA docs, site photos and other supporting documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as applicable.
• Coordinate date-down endorsements and title searches.
• Prepare FDICIA documentation for approval as outlined in policy.
• Communicate with borrowers and lenders to resolve issues.
• Assist with monthly reporting and board materials.
