Country Bank is hiring a Commercial Construction Portfolio Specialist in Ware, MA. This hybrid role supports the commercial lending team and oversees construction loan servicing under the guidance of the Vice President, Commercial Lending & Construction Management Team Lead.

The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $93,000 annually and requires a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Two years of work experience in commercial credit or commercial lending portfolio management.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the construction loan portfolio and create disbursement schedules.
• Review invoices, AIA docs, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as applicable.
• Assist with monthly reporting and quarterly board reporting.
