Job summary

ConnectOne Bank is seeking a Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial loans and actively manage relationships with developers, builders, owners, and investors. You will modify loans, perform annual reviews, and ensure documentation aligns with loan agreements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience.
• Familiarity with Bank security and safety practices.
• Knowledge of CNOB products, services and credit policy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bank's 'People First' focus and rules of engagement - maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent service.
• Build and maintain a system to monitor loan documentation and keep files current.
• Develop customized reporting for commercial loan portfolios and perform quarterly analyses.
• Assist in early detection of deteriorating credits and recommend actions.
• Serve as liaison with outside loan review services.
• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of customer records and files.
