Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and change-order management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Hybrid work environment with on-site responsibilities in Ardmore, PA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling tools.
• Manage budgets, cost estimating, financial tracking, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to align with goals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
